Returns
We have a return period of 14 days.
The 14 days start on the day after you receive your order. This is about 'home delivery'. If you have it sent to a parcel point, it starts from the day it is there.
The return costs are for your own account. Do not forget to add the enclosed packing slip to the package, otherwise we can not process your return!!
Shipping costs are at your own expense and are not refundable. For a small business this is not profitable.
How do I return my package;
- Please register your return via info@bykimjenna.com and you will receive the return address.
- Please pack the return package as well as possible and include the packing slip.
- Stick the new label with return address on the package.
- Make sure the existing label is no longer visible.
- You then return the package with a carrier of your choice.
- Save your TRACK AND TRACE code!!
We do not accept returns if:
- The items have been worn.
- The labels and tags of the articles have been removed.
- The items smell of smoke, food or perfume.
- Contains makeup stains.
- Shoe boxes are written on or taped shut.
- Your return shipment is received too late by us.

After washing the items we no longer offer a warranty.
Once the item has been washed we cannot accept it for return. - We also do not offer a guarantee on applications such as: studs, glitter, stones & sequins.
Jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Please note: when returning a bag, make sure the chains are put in the bag. This prevents damage to the bag. If you do not do this and there is damage, we unfortunately cannot take it back.
Some other important information about a return:
- You are at all times responsible for a return shipment. Always keep the track and trace code of your return package until you have received confirmation from us that your return has been received in good order.
- If the track and trace indicates that we have received your return shipment, it may take up to 3 working days before you receive the confirmation email from us.
- After you have received confirmation from us, our administration will process your return within 14 working days at the latest.

These items cannot be returned.
Warranty
Each article has a standard statutory warranty of 14 days. If the purchased product shows defects within this period, you are entitled to replacement or repair of the product. You are not entitled to warranty if:
- The damage was caused by intent or negligence.
- There is an expectation pattern with normal use, for example wear and tear - clothing that has been washed or faded.
- Studs that come loose.
- Rips in pants.
- Loose seams.
